Not a medical doctor, but I believe that changes over time. Children have about 300, some of which then fuse, which makes it about 210 in an adult human.
I cheated on this… Google says 206 in the adult body. But I know that in children, especially babies, there are some bones in the skull that are fused together as a single bone in adults. So children have a few more.
There are ~206 bones that make up an adult human body, interestingly babies are born with ~300. Some of them start to fuse together which is why that number changes as they grow up!
We normally have around 206, but some people grow with extra teeth ( like wisdom teeth, extra toes…) so the number will increase in those cases. And depending on the age, we have more or less bones as they tend to fuse! so I bet you all have more bones that I do!
