  • Question: Do you think the Bermuda Triangle is a Myth or that its real?

      I think the Bermuda Triangle is roughly Bermuda – Puerto Rico – tip of Florida.

      As far as I am aware it is not a strange or mysterious place where things just vanish. At least insurance companies, who are very, very good at judging risk, do not charge a premium for ships traveling through that area.

      Probably a myth. If it is real, it could be a release of methane hydrates (look them up) so that the water is full of gas and not very dense so that ships sink.

      There are lots of stories associated with the Bermuda Triangle. However, most have some reasonable explanation. I don’t think there is anything supernatural about the Bermuda Triangle… Simply things that we can’t fully explain yet!
