Not really… I enjoy my job and if you enjoy what you do then you tend to feel good about things.

I feel the same way as Martin. A non-routine job gives you some flexibility in when and how you work, and maybe this has a positive effect on wellbeing.

The job is very interesting which gives you good motivation. But there can be periods when the amount of time needed is very high. You have to be willing to be flexible, but this works the other way as well e.g. for most things I can do them at almost any time of the day as long as I get the work done.

Every job I’ve had has caused some level of stress at some point, its normal to be nervous on a first day or if you have a big presentation. But if it starts to affect your wellbeing it’s time to make a change. Either change roles or move on from the company. That is certainly something I’ve had to do in the past. Life is too short to stay in a job that makes you unwell!

Yes, it is very important to my wellbeing. I think doing something you truly want to do as a job is a great thing, no matter the profession.
