        Spending time in my garden… and now that I am a mum, spending time with my litte one in my garden 🙂

        I sometimes find that my science is my hobby. I spend a lot of time when I’m not at work thinking about my research. However, sometimes that simply when I’m in the garden tidying up after winter and before spring!

        I second Martin’s opinion. I sometimes get my best ideas when brushing my teeth in the evening and then stay up all night to write it all down for fear of having forgotten a vital part when I wake up the next morning.
        I guess childcare does not count as a hobby? Training my dogs and then taking them out I think.
